EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In April 2025, the Ministry of Planning, Investment and Economic Development (MoPIED) played a leading role in key initiatives advancing the implementation of the National Transformation Plan (NTP 2025–2029), strengthening international partnerships, and supporting impactful development programs.
