As part of the regular investor visits, the Somalia Investment Promotion Office team led by Director Mohamed Dubo has today paid a visit to the Ziraat Katılım Somalia team. The visit was meant to understand the bank’s establishment progress and what support SOMINVEST can provide ahead of the bank’s opening.

Ziraat Katılım’s Mogadishu head office is in final preparations to become fully operational, pending regulatory process. Ziraat Bank’s 200-year experience in agricultural financing and development is timely for Somalia’s efforts to attain food security, through systems and reserves.
